If she was a pre-order bonus from gamestop just ask if they have any way of getting the code for you. Usually they come out with back up codes just in case. ^_~ And if the employee is nice they might help ya out.

Same exact thing happened to me. On the bright side, she'll more than likely be available for DLC in a couple of months. In Japan she only cost 240 points on Xbox and probably only a couple of bucks on ps3.
